"First Christian Reformed Church of Mount Vernon" is really just the beginning of who we are.

We began in 1942 as a result of the Oak Harbor Christian Reformed church sponsoring us as the "first"
Christian Reformed Church to be established in Mount Vernon - as such, the word "First" appears in our name.
We are members of the Christian Reformed denomination - which is reflected in our church name.
We are located in Mount Vernon, Washington - which corresponds to the ending of our church name.
